Decaf - Colombian

Takitaki Colombian Decaffeinated is a single origin coffee from Colombia the Region of Quindio. It has a smooth, delicate taste. The beans are decaffeinated using the ecologically friendly Swiss Water Process, this is a decaf coffee with no compromise on taste or aroma. The Swiss Water Process is 100% chemical free. Using water, this process removes 99.9% off the caffeine without affecting the flavour, body and aroma of this unique origin. The best of the bean remains while only the caffeine is removed. This still allows you to have a great tasting coffee at any time of day. The beans are from the rich volcanic soil in the region of Quindío, with family-run farm that create a wonderful taste.

Degassing takes 2 - 12 days depending on how it's roasted. Takitaki coffee takes 5 - 6 days to degas. Please ask advise if required. Enjoy the taste of fresh coffee.
