A good Brazilian Bourbon Santos has a light to medium body, yields a low acidity, and has a very pleasant aroma. The Bourbon coffee plant varietal (Coffee arabica var. bourbon) tends to produce coffees that are fruiter and brighter (more acidic) than other Brazil coffees.
Storage
Once open, seal with a clip and store in a cool place. Beans last 1 year, Ground Coffee last 6 months.
Ingredients 
Brazilian Coffee (100%). Roasted and packed in the UK by Takitaki Coffee.
Degassing takes 2 - 12 days depending on how it's roasted. Takitaki Coffee Roasters takes 5 - 6 days to degas. Please ask advise if required. Enjoy the taste of fresh coffee.
